You can't believe how often our guests fail to mention that they could vary their arrival or departures dates slightly.           Amazing Villas Refund and Deposit Policies     Deposits   Refunds    Early Checkouts A deposit of one night's rent is required. The balance of your rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you are making a reservation less than 14 days before your arrival we require payment in full at the time of booking.   Your deposit is 100% refundable if we receive written notice 30 or more days before your arrival date. Any reservations canceled with less than 30 days before your arrival date will be eligible for a refund of 20%. Reservations canceled with 7 or fewer days left before your arrival will not receive a refund of any kind. We will however give you a full credit towards a future rental if an un-forseen emergency should happen at the last minute.   Guests are required to give us at least 24 hours notice if they plan to check out early. This will allow us to alert our housekeeping and maintenance staff to your departure.
